    We will not replace orders that is lost or damaged using the "free shipping promo". Please contact your local post for lost or damaged goods. Please purchase Priority or Express to be insured for your package. You agree to this when you purchase from us. Thank you for your consideration.

    Address On File: Please Double Check Your Address Before Sending Payment. If Address Is Not Changed And Order Has Been Sent, We Must Wait For Package To Be Returned To Us Before We Can Resend. To Resend Package, Buyers Agrees To Pay All Shipping Charges, Otherwise, We are Not Responsible. If Package Is Delivered To Incorrect Address, We Are Not Responsible In Replacing Customer's Order.     Shipping Method: If You Select Priority or Priority Express, Shipping Cost Will Be Applied To Your Total. We Will Then Ship As Paid For And Shipping Cost Will Not Be Refunded If Order Has Already Been Shipped.

    Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing Priority or Express as it includes insurance. If your order is shipped by regular first class mail and not insured. We are not responsible for lost, damage or package that states "Delivered". That is buyers responsibility to purchase insurance for your order.

  • International Customers: Regular first class to certain countries does not include tracking. Please allow at least 25 business days for international delivery before contacting us. If you didn't priory or express shipping, please do not email us and ask for tracking #. Faster shipping method with tracking is available for an additional cost at time of checkout.

    Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Any package that has been"Denied/Unclaimed/Refused" at customs and returned to us, will not be refunded or replaced. If you would like package to be resent to you, you are responsible for any shipping charges.


    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. The Beauty Call is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

  • Return Policy

  • Please check your item immediately for any damaged or wrong item sent. In these cases, return shipping cost will be refunded once we receive returned item.

    Glue & Pigment Purchases: We check all our glues and pigments before being shipped. But, sometimes we know things can happen during transit. Please check glue for consistency, function or clogged at time of receiving. Please contact us immediately if glue is defective. If you do not contact before the return policy date expires, we will assume that the glue arrived to you in perfect condition and any date after that is your responsibility to handle and store glue properly.

    All Other Items:  Must be returned in the same condition sent. We will not offer a refund for returned items that has been Used or Tested.

    Domestic: Items must be returned within 14 business days of receiving item once you email us.

    International: Items must be returned within 30 business days of receiving item once you email us.

    Please include your invoice #, Name & Email with your return in case we need to reach you.

  • REFUNDS ON SERVICES

  • There are absolutely no refunds or re-do's on services after 48 hours. It is our discretion to offer a refund or re-do on services within the 48 hour window of the initial service. Think before you wink!
